The new year is right around the corner so I've decided to open up another art raffle again.

Rules for participating are as follows:

1) Must be a watcher.

2) Must like this journal.

3) Must pick a female character (canon, fan character, or original character).

4) Must pick between miss santa, neon cyberpunk, or mystery outfit(the 3rd one is of my choosing).

Side Note: One submission per person.

For this raffle, 2 winners will be chosen via lottery number consisting of 4 numbers (0000 - 9999)

Raffle will end on 12/25 11:59 pm EST (so basically, after Christmas)
